Then, get round to all your friends and collect £25.00 per person from them, which is their deposit for the night. This needs to be paid to us seven to ten days after making the provisional booking.

You can pay by card over the phone, send us a cheque or come into the office and pay by cash.  

Please note that debit cards have a one pound surcharge whatever the amount but credit cards have a surcharge of 1.5 % of the amount paid. This is the amount we have to pay the card companies.  

You may also make arrangements to pay the total amount on the night, but please note that this has to be in cash. If you wish to pay in cash on the night we will require a credit or debit card number which we don't use but just hold as a deposit.

Make sure you, as the organiser, get all the deposits from your friends before you pay us as once the deposit has been paid it is non-refundable.

The balance is payable 28 days prior to the evening.

The office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

On the night of the function the doors open at 7 p.m. and the bar is free from 8 p.m. We request that you arrive as early as possible as this will avoid conjestion.

We close at 1 a.m.

You will be shown to your table by our compere.

Dinner will be served from 7.45 p.m. We pride ourselves on our food and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

The cabaret show goes on at approximately 10.30 and lasts for roughly 45/50 minutes.

The bar is closed for the first half of the cabaret.
